Also the real APE in APE! Where the rubber meets the road, where Traction counts. All the Alignment and Planning work in the world is not worth a hill of beans without the ability and desire to Execute.  "Vision without Traction is hallucination." Right?

80% of teams out there are average or good at Execution. Only 20% are great. The reason is they have not systemized thier execution to a point where they can depend on it driving results.
